WETiT is so confident that you will be happy with your teatsprayer, that they offer a money-back guarantee.  If you are not happy with your purchase within the first month, you can return it for a full refund, less unrecoverable costs.

 

Terms

WETiT must be informed within thirty days of installation of your wish to return the product.  A refund will be offered provided the equipment has been used in accordance with instructions and has not been damaged due to incorrect installation or service, misuse, neglect or accident. No refund will be offered for installation costs (including labour and travel/mileage), hose and lead or freight costs.  Installation must have been done by an approved WETiT installer.  No refund will be given without prior consultation between Head Office and client.

 

18 Month Warranty - Terms and Conditions

WETiT warrants faulty workmanship and materials on components manufactured by Electro Ease Ltd.  Supplier warranties apply to those components not manufactured by Electro Ease Ltd.  Warranty is null and void if the product/s has been used for anything other than normal purposes and not in accordance with instructions or if it has been subject to  neglect, misuse or accident or if it has been serviced, dismantled by any person other than whom Electro Ease Ltd authorises.  Electro Ease Ltd takes no responsibility for:

 

• Damage due to incorrect installation when installed by persons other than an approved WETiT installer.

 

• Damage caused by replacement parts supplied by persons other than an approved WETiT service technician.
