Floorplack Replacement

If you have an In-Race or older QDO system, you can upgrade your old floorpack with the latest Wetit floorpack.

The new floorpacks include 4 nozzles in line that ensures there is no shadowing.

It is lower profile, improves hygiene and serviceability as it is easier cleaned, has toolless entry and service times are reduced saving cost during the annual service.

This can be self-installed or Wetit / your local dealer can do this for you.

In-Race Controls Upgrade

Replace your old In-Race controls with a new controller. It replaces the reflector with a photoelectric sensor that has been proven on other Wetit systems, and the new control box that can be mounted next to the milking platform for easier monitoring that includes a new transformer, cow counter, audible alarm for “no spray” and spray timer adjustment.

This can be self-installed or Wetit / your local dealer can install it for you.

Older QDO Controls & Air Upgrade

For older QDO systems, you can upgrade your current QD0 controls with a new QDO Control Box & Air.

This moves the solenoid into the control box, improves the wiring and includes the air injection that increases teat spray atomisation, improves coverage and enables a reduction of up to 35% in teat spray use.

With this upgrade, your system will have the same functionality as a new QD0 with Air.
